Pairsine Fine Food and Wine and Beer Pairing competitions were started in Denver over ten years ago. These popular annual events have also been enjoyed around the country as part of a national tour.
Now for the first time, we are pleased to introduce Pairsine Shaken Not Stirred Mixology and Culinary Competition. This delicious evening showcases the ten top scoring winners from the 2016 Denver International Spirits Competition.
Up to 10 Mixologists will each be assigned one spirit and be given the task of creating a custom cocktail.
Up to 10 Chefs will be paired with a mixologist and will be given the task of creating a gourmet food pairing
200 guests will attend this walk around tasting, trying cocktails with the food pairings.
